CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

At Brow Atelier, we love dedicating our time to offer you the perfect treatment. Because we reserve your appointment slot especially for you, last-minute changes or missed sessions leave empty spots that we cannot fill.

To keep things fair for our team and other clients waiting for an opening, we use the following cancellation guidelines:

1. Booking Deposits

To secure your spot on our calendar, a 20% deposit is automatically charged at the time of online booking via our secure system, Salonized. This deposit will be deducted from your total balance after we completed your treatment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We completely understand that life happens and plans change. We have the following cancellation policy in place:

  • More than 48 hours notice: If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We will happily transfer your deposit over to your new booking date.

  • Less than 48 hours notice: If you cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours of your appointment time, we will have to charge you 50% of the total cost of the treatment.

3. No-Shows

If you miss your appointment entirely without sending us a message or letting us know (a "no-show"), you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Because a missed spot cannot be instantly filled, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 80% balance. Additionally, please note that no-show appointments cannot be rescheduled. To visit us again, you will need to schedule a new appointment online and place a new 20% booking deposit.
